NVQ – Level 2 (C&G – Multi-Skilled Hospitality Services) – Year 11
This course is suitable as an introduction for students who may want to work in the hospitality and catering industry. Students will complete units in both the kitchen and restaurant areas carrying out practical work which will be continually assessed. Underpinning knowledge will be tested during written activities, C&G multi-choice question and answer papers as well as verbal class work.
