Spring Term
Topics covered include: TV, cinema, invitations & excuses, vouloir & pouvoir, simple future, food & drink, shops, negatives, perfect tense, food & eating out, shops, quantities & containers, interrogatives, partitive article, festivals & celebrations (Easter).

Summer Term
House & home, furniture & prepositions, daily routine, reflexive verbs, household jobs, Les Choristes film project.

Year 13 (exam board: Edexcel)

There are two units at A2 level: Spoken Expression & Response (oral examination) and Research, Understanding & Written Response (two essays, one prose translation). There is no coursework.
Unit 3 represents 30% of the total marks and unit 4 represents 70%. Both units are examined in May/June of Year 13.
