The Year 12 Freshers' Fair was held on Thursday 14 September 2017. The annual event allows Sixth Form students to volunteer for local charities and take part in extra-curricular activities. This year we expanded on the number of stalls at the event with both school clubs and external organisations represented. Hexham Town Council, Josie’s Dragonfly Trust, Tynedale Hospice and the Core Music were some of the exhibited their exciting opportunities to QEHS students. Students, teachers and external representatives all contributed to a great atmosphere in the Lower School Hall. We are particularly proud of the contribution that our Sixth Form students make to the wider community and hope they continue to volunteer their time and effort in the future. Thanks go to all those who were able to attend and make the event successful.
