Free Tickets to 2Faced Dance
Are you are involved in Youth Dance Tynedale, The Foundation Training Programme or the Queens Hall Dance Group? If so you may be interested to know that all young people involved in Dance Hub activities can get FREE tickets to the fantastic performance of 2Faced Dance Company's “Still Breathing” at the Queen's Hall on Saturday 6 February. Don't miss this rare opportunity - a night of explosive new dance; a dynamic blend of hip-hop and contemporary, performed by the all male company who dance like 'adrenalin junkies' !

Brazilian Drumming Group practice this Thursday, 7-9pm, the Theatre. Normal session this week to rehearse for an event in Hexham on the 13th Feb. Full turn out please.

Year 9 Samba Drumming Group - IMPORTANT MESSAGE The sessions will now take place at 6.30 on Thursdays, NOT 3.30 on Monday, in the Theatre, where you can then stay to practice with the already established group. See Mr Brook for more details.

Important - Penpals to Tibetan partner schools. If you are in correspondence with a Tibetan student, please ensure that you bring your letters to Mr Brook or Mr Hartshorne by Thursday of this week. They will be personally delivered to the Tibetan schools by Mr and Mrs Webster who are going there on Saturday.

Free Fitness Vouchers for the gym at Wentworth. If you are interested in getting a fitness voucher which entitles you to 10 free sessions in the gym at Wentworth come and see Miss Adamson in the PE department. Vouchers will be given on a first come, first served basis and are only for 6th form students.

All Year Groups
Free Swimming and Street Dance vouchers for use at Wentworth. If you are interested in getting a Swimming or Street Dance voucher which entitles you to free sessions at Wentworth come and see Miss Adamson in the PE department. Vouchers will be given on a first come, first served basis.

QEHS Newsletter
Can you write an article for the next school Newsletter? Help QEHS publicise the many successes and activities which students are involved with. Topics could include visits, workshops, reviews of shows and performances, news from clubs and school groups – just a few lines would be fine.
