- Brazilian Samba Group
Are you interested in playing some really cool rhythms on a unique set of drums? Join this fun loving, learn-on-the-job group and be surprised at how fast you pick it up. There will be up and coming opportunities for trips to see bands perform, to get involved in workshops within and outside school and to perform at various events locally and regionally. Total beginners welcome. See Mr Brook for more details – even better just turn up at the main hall at 3.20 every Wednesday.

- QEHS Summer Newsletter
The next Newsletter is due out in June. It will be distributed to the middle schools for the new intake of students coming here in September and is a good opportunity to publicise the wide range of activities and opportunities on offer at QEHS. Can you write a few lines about your drumming, drama, sports, chess, Fairtrade, music, Student Voice or any the other student group you're involved in? - Calling All Football Supporters!
Just to remind all pupils that the senior football team is in a final tomorrow and the players are hoping that pupils will come and support them. The bus will leave school at 4.15 pm and return to school at 8.30 pm approx. All pupils/staff are welcome and the cost is only £3.
