• Squash Open Day
  Hexham Squash Club is holding an Open Day on Sunday 25 November, 1.30 - 4pm. Beginners welcome, tuition and equipment provided but please wear clean, non-marking trainers. If you play tennis or badminton, you'll enjoy squash - come and give it a go! No need to book; just turn up at the squash courts, behind Hexham Golf Club.

  Tynedale Volleyball Club is running a training session on Wednesdays, 6.15 - 7.15pm in the sports hall. Beginners welcome - just turn up.

• Free Gym Sessions
  No Limits Fitness Centre in Hexham is offering trial gym sessions all this week (19-25 Nov.) – just call in. Donations to Cancer Research are requested. Connexions.
